Two DKP changes (submitted by admin at 09:44am EST) New raiders will now have to accrue 30 DKP, increased from 15, or 5 raids in order to attain 'member' status. Inactive raiders: Raiders who have not attended a raid for 30 days will be placed on 'inactive' status, and will not be able to outbid an active raider for main spec loot until they have attended 5 raids or accrued 30 DKP within a 30 day span. Exceptions may be made by the raid lead, as always. |

New: Tier 9 instance (submitted by admin at 06:05am EDT) There are now separate histories for Tier 8 and Tier 9 slot expenditures - for purposes of DKP discount on second items in a slot, Ulduar and Trial of the Crusader are being tracked seperately. |

New DKP Policies (submitted by admin at 04:44pm EDT) With the release of Ulduar we're changing our DKP policies a bit, the main difference being that all items cost 25 DKP for the first item in the slot, and 5 DKP thereafter. Ulduar DKP (submitted by admin at 03:38am EDT) On the release of patch 3.1 (Ulduar) DKP values will be as follows: New content 25 mans: 25 DKP per item Old content 25 mans (Naxx, OS, Malygos): no DKP 10 mans: no DKP Also, we are eliminating the double DKP bonus for first kills. |

Loot Priority (submitted by admin at 03:35am EDT) This is the priority order of looting. If two or more people have the same priority on an item, then it goes to the one with the most DKP. Main spec, main class Main spec, off-class* Main spec, alt char**, main class Main spec, alt char**, off-class* Off spec, main class Off spec, off-class* Off spec, alt char**, main class Off spec, alt char**, off-class* Not in raid alts - in same order as above, after all chars in raid (BoE only) *where 'off-class' refers to gear that isn't the usual armor type of the player, e.g. cloth on a druid. **where 'alt' refers to 'charity alt' who is in the raid because they asked, not an alt who was brought in to fill a role at the request of the raid leads. Always make sure when you bring an alt on a raid that you, the master looter, and the raid lead know which you are in as. Alts who are brought in at the request of the raid lead has full 'main' loot prioirty. |

How the Burning Crusade DKP carryovers were calculated (submitted by admin at 04:59am EST) Your carryover DKP from Burning Crusade is as follows: If you had a negative DKP total, the carryover is 0. If you had a positive DKP total, the carryover is your Burning Crusade DKP divided by 7.4. This will give the person with the most carryover 25 bonus DKP, which is the value of one 25 man item.
