New policy on entry level raiders (submitted by jointadmin at 12:42pm EDT) New raiders: a minimum of 5 raids or 15 earned dkp is required to 'out-bid' a senior raider for a given item. Please know whether you are a 'new' or 'old' raider ahead of time: the middle of a raid is the wrong time to start a dialog on the subject. Any questions, contact an officer. |

DKP Conversion Bonuses (submitted by jointadmin at 06:46pm EDT) Everyone who had DKP in either SS or BoN's solo databases should now have a bonus added into their joint dkp as follows: Negative DKP: no bonus Positive DKP: a number between 0 and 25, where the top DKP hoarders (Jerryatric and Nodosa) for each database were assigned 25 points, and everyone else prorated from there. How Zero-Sum DKP works (submitted by jointadmin at 03:53am EDT) For every item that DKP is spent on, that DKP is divided amongst the raid. So, for every 25 DKP epic, each person in a 25 man will receive one point. Sharded items are worth nothing. When assigning items, the person with the most DKP will not always automatically receive it - main specs will have priority over alt specs, hunters WILL get bows before rogues, rogues WILL get daggers before hunters, etc. Raid leaders will override misguided or unjust bids where necessary. |
